Curriculum
Who?
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
