The town of Vilas is a Statutory Town located in Baca County, Colorado, United States. The population was 110 at the 2000 census.
Vilas is located at 37°22′27″N 102°26′49″W / 37.37417°N 102.44694°W / 37.37417; -102.44694 (37.374134, -102.446928).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.26 km), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 110 people, 45 households, and 31 families residing in the town. The population density was 844.3 people per square mile (326.7/km²). There were 51 housing units at an average density of 391.4 per square mile (151.5/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 93.64% White, 3.64% Native American, and 2.73% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 13.64% of the population.
