Buckhorn is a city in Perry County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 144 at the 2000 census. It is centered around the Buckhorn Presbyterian Church, a log structure that is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Buckhorn Lake State Park is also located at Buckhorn, KY.
