About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to mimic the waves of surfing. Many years later, the first skatepark was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skateparks that were built in the next twenty years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
