  Who We Teach in Somerville

  We offer lessons for all levels and ages. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.

  About

  The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970's, the first skate park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, , who have brought it to the main stream.
