About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The World's first skatepark was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Many skate parks that were built in the next twenty years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

Curriculum
Who?
We have students of all ages and levels. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
