We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late to start. Skateboarding isn't just for kids One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. Not until the 1970's, the first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
