Who We Teach in Picayune
All ages and levels are welcomed at our lessons. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About
The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. The World's first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Shortly after, the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next few years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
