About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. The World's first concrete skateboard park was made in California. Next the skateboard boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
