Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970's, the first skate park was made in California. Shortly after, the skateboard park boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skate parks that were built in the next years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.

Our Students
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
