About Skateboarding
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to mimic the waves of surfing. The World's first concrete skateboard park was made in Southern California. Next the skateboard building boom was about to begin. Many skate parks that were built in the next twenty years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
