What You Will Learn
Our Students in Center
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. We have taught a 78 year-old grand father who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. It is never too late. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About Skateboarding
The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. Many years later, the first skate park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard park boom was about to begin. Thousands skate parks that were built in the next few years. Now there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.
