About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. The first concrete skateboard park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. Many skateparks that were built in the next few years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, like Tony Hawk, who have brought it to the main stream.
