About Skateboarding

Skateboarding is an activity that everyone should learn. The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970's, the first skateboard park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard building boom was about to begin. It was thousands of skate parks that were built in the next few years. Today, there are more than 2,600 skateparks in America. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

Our Students

We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age.
