Learn How to Skateboard in Auburn
Inside the Auburn skatepark, you can learn how to skate. You will start with all of the basics... Like how to push, turn, and where to put your feet. Once you have all of the basics down, we can begin to teach you some tricks and how to ride the ramps.

A 2002 survey and study by American Sports Data discovered there were 18.5 million skate boarders in the world. 85 percent of Maine skateboarders polled had used a board in the previous year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the physical locations of skate parks have more than tripled making skateboarding more accessible as Maine privately owned parks and indoor parks are being built.
