The American Skateboard Association has given our school full certification to teach. It has given us their highest level of rating -Gold Certification. Who We Teach in Atmore
We offer lessons for all levels and ages. All levels will get something from our instruction. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About Skateboarding
The first skateboarders took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools so that they would have an activity to do when the surf wan't good. Not until the 1970's, the first concrete skateboard park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, , who have brought it to the main stream.
