About Skateboarding
Skateboarding is a great sport. The first skateboarders rode down hills in Carlsbad, CA with clay wheels to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970's, the first skate park was made in Southern California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skate parks that were built in the next dozen years. Skateboarding has taken off with the pros, such as Rob Drydek and Shaun White, who have brought it to the main stream.

We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age.
