The American Skateboard Association has given our school full certification to teach. It has given us their highest level of rating -Gold Certification. There are more skateboard lessons taught through our organization than any other school. We teach all ages.
What You Will Learn
Who We Teach in Grambling
We offer lessons for all levels and for ages 4 and up. We start with safety first, but the rest of the lesson is custom to your level and goals as a skateboarder. It is never too late to start. We have even taught a 78 year-old grandfather who wanted to skate with his grandchildren. You can start skateboarding at any age. One of our instructors taught Shaun White how to skateboard when he was just 7 years old.
About Skateboarding
The first skaters took big wooden boards into empty swimming pools to take their surfing to the streets. Not until the 1970's, the first skateboard park was made in California. No one knew the skateboard boom was about to begin. There were a lot of skateparks that were built in the next dozen years. The popularity of skateboarding has taken off with the pros, , who have brought it to the main stream.
